Earlier, the Belarusian TV channel "Belsat" reported that mid of April, a part of the supporting structure of the building, where the control of nuclear safety is supposed to be located in the future, collapsed at the Astravets nuclear power plant that is being built not far from the border with Lithuania, (ANPP). This was reported by an employee of one of the Pinsk based organizations, involved in the construction of the ANPP.
According to him, that was not the first incident, but no one has been held responsible for them yet. Representatives of the ANPP called this information “complete nonsense”.
