At 01.01 when the plant was on full load an earthwuake occurred of a mignitude of 2.7 Richter Scale causing activation of a level switch on the low pressure FW heaters causing their isolation. Due to loss of a suction pressure the main FW pumps A and D tripped followed by manual power reduction. After manually restarting main FW pump B the steam generator level increased and reached high level trip setpont causing turbine trip-reactor trip from 243 MWe at 01.07. BASIS FOR RATING: There was no on-site or off-site impact. The event was rated "below scale" as automatic shutdown sequence proceeded normally. DIFFICULTIES IN RATING:
